create a command that creates simulated impact beams every x time
simulated_bullet [parameter1] [parameter2]
parameter1 -delay time between each simulated bullet in miliseconds. Lesser the delay more cpu use
parameter2 - return if wall, prop, player, teamplayer
utility - aimbot. bullet dodging, no recoil, motion detector, etc...

It doesn't seem you can since bullets have no entity registration in the engine.
